Within the 48 contiguous states, our flat rate shipping fee is $6.99 Orders are typically received between 7-9 days after shipping. However, this timeframe may vary depending on your location as Bully Sticks Central ships from its location on the East Coast.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Large packages may experience longer delivery times depending on the shipment's destination. We will do our best to get your order to you on time, however Bully Sticks Central cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or service interruptions.

Bully Sticks Central will begin accepting returns as of August 3, 2020. All returns must be made within 5 days upon delivery and packaging must be unopened and in tact. This policy has been enacted to not only protect you, our customer, but to protect our associates and future customers from the spread of the virus. We stand behind each and every product that we offer for sale on our website. We carefully pick each product that becomes a part of our catalog based on pricing, quality, and nutritional value. From time to time, you may need to return products to us for whatever reason; we make this process as easy as possible.

Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason; however, you, the customer, are responsible for returning the product in its original, sealed packaging, and for paying all shipping costs. As we sell consumable items, we are unable to accept returns of opened product. If you plan to make a return, we need to be notified within 1 (one) week of you receiving the products. All returns must be received by Bully Sticks Central within two weeks of notification of a return.

If you would like to process a return, please contact Bully Sticks Central via email or phone to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned merchandise. At this time, we are not able to accept returns of any used items for safety reasons.

At no time do we charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you don't need to return product to us, but want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can if needed.

All of our products are single ingredient and dehydrated. This means we do not use any additional ingredients, artificial ingredients, or flavors. Our manufacturing process is similar to the one used to produce jerky. We do clean our products with boiling water, and we bake them at high temperatures. We irradiate our products in order to remove any potential bacteria. A process that is used by all major dog treat manufacturers.

We source all of our products from a single farm in Argentina and the U.S. We only use grass-fed cattle that has not been treated with any antibiotics.

Rawhide is a big No No for us. We will never sell rawhide products

We ALWAYS encourage you to supervise your dog when giving any treat or chew and ensure your dog has easy access to water before, during, and after treat consumption. With this said, all of our products are considered safe and fully digestible.

Bull penises are dried, in open air or in ovens. Commercial vendors will drain the blood and urine from the organ prior to drying in order to decrease the smell of these when chewed by dogs. These are called "odor free" bully sticks. "Junior" bully sticks are thinner ones that are made from castrated male (steer).[13]"
