Within the 48 contiguous states, our flat rate shipping fee is $6.99. Orders are typically received between 7-9 days after shipping. However, this timeframe may vary depending on your location as Bully Sticks Central ships from its location on the Midwest.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Large packages may experience longer delivery times depending on the shipment's destination. We will do our best to get your order to you on time, however Bully Sticks Central cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or service interruptions.

In case of delays or missing orders

Bully Sticks Central will do its best to help locate any late or missing orders. However, we are not responsible for a shipment once it has been marked as delivered and contains proof of delivery by UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. We will always rely on our tracking information in order to provide the most accurate data about your shipment. In order to combat fraud, we cannot be held liable for orders once they have been marked as delivered, and the address shown is the same address used to place the order on our website.
